We are looking for experienced Account Services Representatives. The ideal candidate will:
- Have one year of call center/ customer service experience.
- Be able to respond to various telephone requests regarding account information, general rollover options/procedures, and required paperwork.
- Communicate effectively and positively with different personalities and skill levels via email and telephone.
Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour
Shift: 10a to 7p, Monday to Friday. Occasional overtime required.
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will have:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Knowledge of financial markets and retirement planning
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple calls and client issues
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Bilingual-English/Spanish a plus
- College Degree preferred, HS Diploma or GED with solid work history will be considered.

Training is provided to all new hires to help you achieve your goals and ensure your success! Applicants will complete a minimum 3-week training program that will be onsite. Upon successful completion of the onsite training, candidates will be permitted to work remotely on the same terms and conditions as other employees in the position. Employees who wish to work onsite may do so in our state-of-the-art office!
