As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing various .Net applications, which may include websites as well as back-end services. The successful candidate will be joining an existing development team so the ability to collaborate and work well with others will be essential.
The Software Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for development of test cases, implementation/execution of test plans and test cases, and defect tracking.
The Account Service Representative role is primarily responsible for supporting IRA Smart customers with all account services and inquiries. You will support individual participants with small balances (under $10k) to initiate transactions or provide updates on the status of transactions, and handle requests from participants no longer eligible to participate in former employee plans.

The Missing Participants Services/Client Services Representative is responsible for performance of all activities associated with the provision of Missing Participant Services, including performance of address searches/updates; skip tracing, preparation/coordination of campaign letters and their distribution; tracking and reporting of project status/results to appropriate RCH personnel and/or clients; and timely completion of each client’s project. Additional duties related to RCH’s Automatic Rollover, Assisted Rollover, and Roll-In processes will also be assigned as needed.
Hybrid work schedule with two days per week in office and three days at home. Additional days in office as business needs require.
Pay Range 40-42K annually.
