Originally founded in 2001 as RolloverSystems, Charlotte, NC-based Retirement Clearinghouse (RCH) is a financial technology ("fintech") services organization that works with plan sponsors and service providers to move participants' retirement savings forward, solving the small account problem.
On 8/11/20, along with state and local officials, RCH announced the planned expansion of our Charlotte, NC headquarters, projecting a significant number of new positions to be added over a five-year period. As a Senior Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing various .Net applications, which may include websites as well as back-end services. The successful candidate will be joining an existing development team so the ability to collaborate and work well with others will be essential.
We are currently seeking outgoing and enthusiastic individuals with superior interpersonal skills to join the team in our Charlotte, NC office. As an Account Services Representative, the successful candidate will provide quality retirement guidance and support to our clients. This is a regular full-time, benefits eligible position, with a regular work schedule of 10:00AM-7:00PM, Monday through Friday. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are preferred but are not required for this position.
Applicants must be willing and able to complete a minimum 2-week onsite training program. Upon successful completion of the onsite training, candidates will be permitted to work 100% remote, on the same terms and conditions as other employees in the position. When conditions permit, employees will be required to work onsite two (2) days per week and will be permitted to work three (3) days per week from home. Applicants must have high-speed internet access and an area in their home where work can be performed with minimal or no distraction and without risk of exposure of company/client data.
As a Business Analyst, you will review, analyze and evaluate business operations and processes to isolate problem areas and develop solutions and identify business needs and opportunities. Additionally, the Business Analyst create system process specifications to be used to modify business systems and prepare documentation and manuals. The Business Analyst will interact with clients, developers, business stakeholders, system architects and various subject matter experts.

The Compliance Manager will be responsible for coordinating the creation, review and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure that the various departments at RCH meet regulatory compliance requirements.
We currently offer a hybrid work arrangement, that permits employees to work from home for part of each workweek.
This position is responsible for educating participants about rollover options for their retirement plans and matching their needs with product and service solutions on or off our platform. There is heavy emphasis on remaining invested in retirement. The Retirement Specialist serves as the voice of reason to individuals in employment transition facing the tough decision regarding the actions to take with their retirement assets after separation of service from a previous employer.
Applicants must be willing and able to work M-F from 10:00AM-7:00PM and will be required to complete an onsite training program. Upon successful completion, applicants will be permitted to work remotely on the same terms and conditions as other employees in the position. It is anticipated that at some point we will resume a hybrid work arrangement, which will require two (2) days of onsite work and will permit three (3) days of remote work.
