Job position description:

We are looking for an experienced Applications Support Manager. The ideal candidate will:

  • Manage a team of Production Support Specialists that support RCH Applications.
  • Provide Mentoring and Coaching to team members in the day-to-day performance of their positions.
  • Handle technical requests submitted by end users of RCH products and systems.
  • Write and/or review SQL queries written by the production support specialists.
  • Act quickly to analyze available data and determine the root cause of the technical issues.
  • Work closely with the development team to provide end user support for the RCH Applications including troubleshooting issues, responding to user inquiries, and providing data requested by authorized users.
  • Coordinate with Business units, IT teams and external vendors and ensure effective application services and reliability for all applications.

Pay Range: $110,000 to $125,000 annually

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with MS SQL Server or combination of education and 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Previous supervisory experience.
  • High level of knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server Enterprise Edition
  • Proficiency in T-SQL
  • Experience with SSIS and SSRS
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical and problem solution skills to identify and resolve matters of significance
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently and prioritize workload
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing requirements and requests
