We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Account Services Representatives. The ideal candidate will:

• Have one year of call center/ customer service experience.
• Be able to respond to various telephone requests regarding account information, general rollover options/procedures, and required paperwork.
• Communicate effectively and positively with different personalities and skill levels via email and telephone.

Pay Rate: $21.10 ph

Shift:10a-7p Monday to Friday. Occasional overtime required.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual-English/Spanish fluency
• 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple calls and clients issues
• Knowledge of financial markets and retirement planning
• Client focus and commitment to quality;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong investigative, interpretive, and problem solving skills
• A keen ability to pay close attention to detail.
• MS Office skills are a must.

Training is provided to all new hires to help you achieve your goals and ensure your success! Applicants will complete a minimum 3-week training program that will be onsite. Upon successful completion of the onsite training, candidates will be permitted to work remotely on the same terms and conditions as other employees in the position. Employees who wish to work onsite may do so in our state-of-the-art office!
