Job position description:

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant/Office Administrator. The ideal candidate will:

  • Work in the Charlotte, NC office a minimum of two days per week and as needed to handle building maintenance requests.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant executive assistant experience.
  • Manage calendars, schedules meetings, prepare reports and presentations for the Executive Team.
  • Book travel manages expense reports, and coordinates logistics for the Executive Team.
  • Handle all building maintenance requests.
  • Schedule required building inspections/services (Fire/Sprinkler, HVAC, Pest Control).
  • Answer the main phone for RCH and distribute calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Manage the ordering and stocking of office and lunchroom supplies.
  • Coordinate office cleaning.
  • Be able to handle confidential information with discretion, ensuring strict adherence to privacy policies.

Pay Rate: $80,000 to $85,000 annually

The ideal candidate will have

  • A High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 5 years of relevant executive assistant experience.
  • Superior verbal and written communications skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Training is provided to all new hires to help you achieve your goals and ensure your success! Upon successful completion of the onsite training, candidates will be permitted to work remotely on the same terms and conditions as other employees in the position.
