Job position description:
We are looking for an experienced Internal Auditor. The ideal candidate will:
- Demonstrate strong curiosity, professional skepticism and attention to detail.
- Bring a questioning mindset and keen attention to detail.
- Use curiosity and sound judgement to probe beyond surface level explanations.
- Identify control deficiencies and communicate preliminary findings to the audit manager.
- Document audit work performed, including testing results, observations and supporting evidence.
- Participate in risk assessments and provide input into audit scope and planning.
- Assist in reviewing and evaluating internal controls, business processes and procedures for effectiveness and compliance.
Pay Range: $72,000 to $82,000 annually
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in internal auditing, external auditing, or related financial/operational roles.
- Familiarity with auditing standards, internal control frameworks, and relevant laws and regulations.
- Proficiency with MS Office and the ability to learn audit software and data tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while collaborating effectively with team members.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional certifications (CIA, CPA, CISA) are a plus but not required.

Training is provided to all new hires to help you achieve your goals and ensure your success! New hires will complete a training program that will be onsite and remote. Upon successful completion training, you will be permitted to work remotely on the same terms and conditions as other employees in the position.
