Job Title: IRA Operations Specialist- Hybrid Work Opportunity

The ideal candidate will:

  • Track returned IRA correspondence to include tax forms.
  • Under guidance of IRA Operations Specialist II or Manager, match funding exceptions to unfunded accounts on IRASmart.
  • Monitor Operations Request system for follow-up needed form IRA Operations team and coordinate obtaining the information for response.
  • Coordinate and retain correspondence to the participant’s record in IRA Smart and HQ, via Operations Request system.

Shift: Monday - Friday. This position is required to be in the office every Tuesday and as needed.

Pay Rate: $44,000 - $54,000 annually

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma is required; BS/BA in Business or related field is preferred.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an office/clerical environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word, Outlook and Internet Explorer
  • The ability to sort and manipulate data in Excel and complete data merging in Word
  • Flexibility and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills, especially with internet research
  • Strong judgment and problem resolution skills and must be resourceful enough to keep searching for information
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • The ability to multi-task, work independently and prioritize workload

Training is provided to all new hires to help you achieve your goals and ensure your success! Upon successful completion of the onsite training, candidates will be permitted to work remotely on the same terms and conditions as other employees in the position. Employees who wish to work onsite may do so in our state-of-the-art office!
