As Vice President, Human Resources, Heidi McCreight is responsible for leading the human resources strategy and operations for the organization. In this role, she oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, leadership development, compensation and benefits, performance management, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement initiatives. She partners with executive leadership to align people strategies with business objectives while fostering a culture that supports employee growth, engagement, and organizational success.

McCreight joined the organization in August 2023 and brings more than 30 years of human resources experience. Since 1997, she has led human resources functions across a variety of organizations, with a particular focus on building HR departments, developing scalable people practices, and supporting business growth. Throughout her career, McCreight has helped organizations strengthen their talent strategies, enhance employee experiences, and create HR infrastructures that drive operational excellence and long-term success.


McCreight earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. She holds both the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) certifications, reflecting her extensive expertise in strategic and global human resources management.
