Jeff Browning serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer for Retirement Clearinghouse, where he is responsible for leading the company's finance, accounting, audit, compliance, risk management, and human resources functions and overseeing corporate legal matters. He partners across the organization to strengthen enterprise performance, enhance organizational effectiveness, and support the continued growth and innovation of Retirement Clearinghouse.
Browning is a strategic, collaborative, and results-oriented executive with more than three decades of leadership experience spanning financial services, technology, energy, telecommunications, insurance, and retail. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for driving transformational change, strengthening corporate governance, advancing enterprise risk management programs, and developing high-performing organizations.
Prior to joining Retirement Clearinghouse, Browning served as President of Browning Advisory Partners, LLC, advising public and private companies on strategic, governance, risk, and operational matters. He also served as an Advisor to the Board of Portability Services Network, LLC. Previously, Browning held several senior executive leadership positions at Conduent, Fiserv, and Duke Energy, including Chief Risk & Procurement Officer, Chief Risk Officer, Chief Audit Executive, and Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles with Genworth Financial, Transamerica, and KPMG.
Browning holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Indiana University, an MBA from the University of Notre Dame, and completed Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program.
