Financial consultation in the nature of services provided to employer sponsored retirement plan individual plan participants in the field of retirement savings, namely, assisting participants with transferring retirement savings to or from a former employer's sponsored retirement plan or an existing IRA to a new employer's sponsored retirement plan or a new or existing IRA by providing counseling, completing necessary forms and other required paperwork, manually or electronically, contacting plan sponsors or plan providers and managing the transfer via telephone, mail or the internet.
2. Financial administration of individual retirement accounts (IRAs).
3. Financial retirement plan consolidation services, namely, assisting participants with the movement or consolidation of their retirement accounts between one or more employer sponsored plans or one or more individual plan retirement accounts.
